iQOO Z7 Pro 5G India Launch Will Include Graphite Matte, Blue Lagoon Color Variant Priced Below ₹25,000

iQOO has a busy week as it has scheduled two events, one in India, and the other in China. The iQOO Z7 Pro 5G will be launched in India, while the iQOO Z8 and the iQOO Z8x will launch in China.

iQOO has been actively teasing the specifications, features, design, display, camera, and other noteworthy hardware and software, as well as price range, of the upcoming midrange Android smartphones.

iQOO Z7 Pro 5G Graphite Matte And Blue Lagoon Color Options Teased

iQOO has been teasing the specifications of its upcoming smartphones on Weibo in China and on multiple social media platforms such as X (Twitter) and Facebook.

The majority of the iQOO devices will be positioned in the midrange category. However, iQOO has clearly made a lot of effort to offer cosmetic upgrades.

The latest teaser reconfirms iQOO will launch the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G in India. The smartphone will be a part of the "Amazon Specials" segment. It is not clear if Amazon will offer the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G first to Amazon Prime subscribers before scheduling an open sale of the smartphone.

The promotional poster confirms iQOO will offer the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G in a Graphite Matte (Black) color option. As the name suggests, the smartphone will have a matte finish on the back panel. This should significantly improve handling and also reduce fingerprints, which are common on glass or glossy back panels.

There should also be a Blue Lagoon variant of the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G, which should have a glossy finish on the back. iQOO had recently boasted the upcoming smartphone will feature a 3D curved AMOLED display.

iQOO Z7 Pro Official Launch, Availability, And Price In India

iQOO will launch the iQOO Z7 Pro, a 5G-enabled Android smartphone in India on August 31, 2023. The brand has been sending invites for the launch event.

Amazon India has a microsite dedicated to the iQOO Z7 Pro. It lists a few of the prominent specifications and features of the iQOO smartphone.

iQOO claimed that the 8GB + 256GB variant of the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G was used for testing in AnTuTu V10. It scored 7,28,764 points in the AnTuTu benchmark, which is much higher than MediaTek Dimensity 7050 and Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G, iQOO claims. The top-end variant of the iQOO smartphone should feature 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The iQOO Z7 Pro will be priced below the ₹25,000 mark, the brand hinted. However, its top-end variant could be priced near ₹30,000. If the indicative price is accurate, the iQOO Z7 Pro should compete with the top-end variant of the Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus 5G, Realme 11 Pro 5G, OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G, and other similarly priced 5G Android smartphones in India.
