iVoomi launches Me 3 and Me 3S in India with shatterproof displays

Chinese brand iVoomi has just added two new smartphones to its Me lineup. The smartphones are Me 3 and Me 3S.

The company has been teasing the smartphones for quite a while now. The key highlight of these smartphones is their shatterproof display. The Me 3 is priced at Rs. 5,499 and the Me 3S will be sold at Rs. 6,499. Both the devices are available in Midnight Black, Champagne Gold, and Teal Blue colors. Anyway, let's find out about the specs and features of the iVoomi Me 3 and Me 3S.

iVoomi Me 3

The Me 3 features a 5.2-inch HD IPS display with the resolution of 1080×720 pixels. The display is further covered by a 2.5D curved glass for added protection. As for innards, it comes equipped with a 64-bit Quad-core MediaTek processor.

The memory aspect is taken care of by 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable (up to 128GB) inbuilt storage space.

On the optics front, there lies an 8MP Galaxy Core sensor with flash support, HDR Mode, Low-light Photography, Beauty Mode, Panorama, and auto focus. Likewise, there is also an 8MP front camera with LED flash.
Software-wise, the smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS.

The device packs a 3,000mAh battery with fast charging 2.0 support. Connectivity suite of the iVoomi Me 3 offers support for Bluetooth 4.0, 4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB port, dual-SIM slot etc.

iVoomi Me 3S

The iVoomi Me 3S arrives with a 5.2-inch unbreakable HD IPS display with the resolution of 1080×720 pixels. The display is further protected by a 2.5D curved glass on top.

Powering the smartphone is a 64-bit Quad-core MediaTek processor clubbed with 3GB RAM and 32GB native storage capacity. Users can further expand the storage space up to 128GB via a microSD card slot.

In terms of optics, it flaunts a 13MP rear-facing camera with 1.0um Samsung sensor with flash support, HDR Mode, Low-light Photography, Beauty Mode, Panorama, and auto focus. For selfie camera, the iVoomi Me 3S uses an 8MP sensor, which is accompanied by a LED flash.

The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and is backed by a 3,000mAh battery with fast charging support. Connectivity features on board include Bluetooth 4.0, 4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB port, dual-SIM slot etc.
