Lava Launches A68 Smartphone with Android 6.0 Marshmallow at Rs 4,599
Nowadays, the desi handset maker Lava is trying to hard to make it into the top 5 in the Indian market. In an attempt to do so, the company has been launching budget smartphones in India in successful intervals.
Today, the company has launched A68 smartphone under the affordable segment at a price of Rs. 4,599. This 3G enabled smartphone comes in Gold, Silver, Black colors and will be available across leading retail stores.

Moving on, the Lava A68 comes with a 4-inch WVGA display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. This budget device is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor clubbed with 1GB RAM under the hood.
In terms of the storage, the A68 is equipped with 8GB of inbuilt memory, with an expandable option of up to 32GB via MicroSD card slot.
This dual SIM smartphone flaunts a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and VGA camera on the front. Talking about the connectivity options, it supports 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and GPS. Further, the Lava A68 is juiced with 1750mAh battery on board.

On the other hand, Lava is planning to manufacture its smartphone in India. Currently, the mobile phones are assembled in Noida with the help of semi-knocked down kits. Meanwhile, the chips are designed and fabricated in China along with other components.
