Lava Play Max Launched in India with VC Cooling Technology and Dimensity 7300 SoC - Price, Specs, and Sale

Lava has launched the Play Max in India, the newest smartphone in its Play series. The smartphone brings segment-first Vapor Chamber Cooling (VC Cooling) technology, ensuring smooth, consistent performance without heating during long gaming sessions on titles like COD Mobile, Free Fire, BGMI and others. Lava Play Max Design and Specifications

The Play Max comes in a glossy, premium finish and is offered in Deccan Black and Himalayan White shades. In terms of specs, the device sports a 6.72-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

It's powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300, coupled with LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 3.1 storage that also supports additional expansion of up to 1 TB via a dedicated microSD card.

For optics, there is a 50MP AI camera with EIS and an 8MP selfie camera. It's also capable of capturing 4K video recording at 30FPS. Moreover, it packs a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging. It runs on Android 15 OS, with the company claiming to offer a completely bloat-free experience: no ads, no preloaded apps and no unwanted notifications. The phone also features an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.

Price and Sale

The Lava Play Max is priced in India at ₹12,999 for the base 6GB + 128GB variant and ₹14,499 for the 8GB + 128GB model. It will be available for purchase starting December 2025 via Lava's retail outlets; however, the exact date is yet to be announced. Stay tuned with us for the availability date.
