OnePlus Nord 4 Poster Leak Showcases New Google Pixel-Inspired Two-Tone Look in Three Colors
The upcoming OnePlus Nord 4 is shaping up to be a stylish mid-ranger, with leaked promotional material offering a glimpse of its design and potential features. Here's a breakdown of what we've learned so far.
A Pixel-esque Two-Tone Look
A leaked poster, courtesy of OnePlus Club, showcases the Nord 4 sporting a two-tone back panel design. This design choice bears an uncanny resemblance to the Google Pixel 1, 2, and 3 series. However, the Nord 4 adds its own twist with squared-off edges, a dual rear camera layout, and a unique overall aesthetic.

Metal Build with Colourful Options
The leaked image suggests a primarily metal construction for the Nord 4. The top portion around the rear cameras appears to be glass, potentially offering a contrasting material. The poster reveals three colour options:
- Silver with a patterned bottom section
- Mint green with a brushed metal finish on the bottom
- Black with a brushed metal finish on the bottom
All three colourways share a darker top section compared to the bottom, further emphasizing the two-tone design.
Classic OnePlus Elements Remain
Despite the Pixel-inspired design cues, the Nord 4 retains some signature OnePlus features. The iconic alert slider is present on the left side, while the power and volume buttons likely reside on the right. The phone's top edge appears to house a microphone, an IR blaster, and a secondary speaker.
Upgraded Specs Expected
While the official specs remain under wraps, leaks suggest the Nord 4 will pack a punch under the hood. It's rumored to boast a more powerful Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset compared to its predecessor, the Nord 3.
The display is expected to be a familiar 6.74-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a potential increase in peak brightness to 2,150 nits.
In the camera department, leaks suggest OnePlus might ditch the 2MP macro sensor found on previous models, opting for a simpler 50MP primary and 8MP ultrawide camera setup.
Battery life could also see a boost with a larger 5,500mAh capacity and support for faster 100W wired charging. Connectivity options might receive an upgrade with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4.
The software side is rumored to see an update to Android 14 with three years of OS upgrades.
Official Reveal on July 16th
With the launch event scheduled for July 16th, we don't have long to wait for official confirmation of these leaks. The OnePlus Nord 4 appears to be shaping up as a compelling mid-range option, offering a unique design, potentially powerful specs, and a competitive price tag.
