Leaked Renders Show POCO C75 in Black, Gold, and Green with New Camera Layout
POCO is gearing up to launch its latest budget smartphone, the POCO C75. According to leaked renders and specs shared by Smartprix, the C75 brings design elements reminiscent of higher-end devices while maintaining affordability.
Here's a closer look at what this new model has to offer.

Design and Display: Big Screen and Premium-Inspired Looks
The POCO C75 will arrive in three colors: black, gold, and green. The device measures 171.9 x 77.8 x 8.2 mm and weighs 204g, making it slightly bigger and heavier than its predecessor, the POCO C65. With a rear design featuring a circular camera module in the center, the C75 draws inspiration from premium smartphones. The device boasts a large 6.88-inch LCD touchscreen with HD+ resolution on the front. It also offers a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, enhancing the overall viewing experience-a welcome improvement over previous models in the series.
Performance: MediaTek Helio G85 and Ample Storage Options
Under the hood, the C75 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 processor, a budget-friendly SoC known for solid performance in day-to-day tasks. Buyers can choose configurations with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of internal storage, providing enough flexibility for multitasking and media storage.
Cameras: Functional but Modest Setup
In the camera department, the POCO C75 features a dual-lens setup at the rear. The primary lens is a 50MP sensor, ensuring decent photos, especially in well-lit conditions. The secondary 0.08MP lens is purely decorative and unlikely to contribute to image quality. For selfies and video calls, the front-facing 13MP camera, housed in a dewdrop notch, offers improved resolution over the previous generation.
Additional Features: Battery, Sensors, and Connectivity
A 5,160mAh battery powers the phone, with support for 18W wired charging-enough to keep the device running throughout the day. A side-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button offers secure unlocking. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi (5GHz), and NFC (limited to certain global variants). The phone retains a 3.5mm headphone jack, a feature many budget users still appreciate.
Launch and Expectations
The POCO C75, which reportedly borrows several design and hardware elements from the Redmi 14C, is expected to launch globally in the coming weeks. As POCO's C-series phones are known for offering solid value for money, this new addition could appeal to those looking for essential features without stretching their budget.
