Lenovo is one of the largest smartphone OEMs with a wide global market. Recently though the company announced that they will cut the number of devices selling with the Lenovo branding.
Instead most of the device that will be launched by the company will don the Motorola branding. Nevertheless with the IFA 2015 press events concluding a few days back, we hear the news of Lenovo launching a improved version of the highest selling 4G smartphone in India aka the A6000.
Dubbed the A6010 the budget device from Lenovo will feature almost similar specs of the existing A600. The device though sports a larger RAM i.e. 2GB in place of 1GB and an improved camera, 13MP in place of the 8MP.
The rest of the specs of the device are the same 5 inch display, 1.2GHz Quadcore Snapdragon 410 SoC and a 5MP front camera. The display resolution has been bumped up though to HD (1280 x 720) from the qHD (960 x480). Nothing official about the device isn't known about the device though.
However what is appear from the meet is that Lenovo A6010 is a basically a punch of A6000 Plus and A7000. It features a 2GB RAM of the A6000 Plus and a 13MP camera from the A7000. Pricing is not know yet, but we believe Lenovo to price it in under Rs 6,999.
