Lenovo Zuk Z1 Debuts in India at a Competitive Price: All You Need to Know

Lenovo has introduced its online sub brand ZUK in the Indian market through its first smartphone dubbed as Zuk Z1. In fact, Zuk Z1 was launched in August last year in several markets across the world leaving India out.

The Lenovo Zuk Z1 will be exclusively available on the e-commerce store Amazon.in through flash sale starting from May 19th. Moreover, the registration for the device begins at 1PM today.

Old wine in new bottle!

Talking about the specifications, the Lenovo Zuk Z1 sports a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS display with 1920 x 1080 pixels.

Being a year old device, the Zuk Z1 is powered by a Quad-Core Snapdragon 801 processor ticking at 2.5GHz along with Adreno 330 GPU under the hood. Talking about the storage, this device is equipped with 3GB LPPDR3 RAM, 64GB inbuilt memory with no expandable option.

Moving on to the optical side, the Zuk Z1 flaunts a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and f/2.2 aperture, while the front side is taken care of 8MP camera with Omnivision sensor.

It has Cyanogen OS!

One of the main highlights of this device is the operating system, that comes shipped with Cyanogen OS 12.1 topped with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. Further, users can update their device to Cyanogen OS 13 based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow in future.

USB Type-C too!

On the connectivity option, it includes 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4/5 GHz), WiFi Direct, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS / GLONASS. This device comes with USB 3.0 Type-C for fast charging and data transfer.
