    Lenovo's subsidiary Zuk is gearing up for the launch of its first high-end smartphone in the tech market on August 8. The company has also claimed to be focusing more on the software side.

    Lenovo’s Zuk Z1 Smartphone Employs USB Type-C Port

    Now, the company's CEO Chang Cheng has posted an image of the upcoming smartphone on his Weibo page, which shows us the phone back and also reveals the USB Type-C port.

    This device comes with Cyanogen Mod OS along with some other premium features such as fingerprint scanner, HD screen and huge battery life.

    Zuk Z1 - Expected Specifications

    Zuk Z1 will sport a 5.5-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. This phone will be powered with 2GHz of Qualcomm's Octa Core Processor with Mali 670 MP2 GPU and 3GB RAM.

    Shipped with Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, the Zuk Z1 will be coming in two variants which includes 16/32GB of inbuilt memory.

    Moving to the camera, it comes with latest generation 13MP rear camera with a resolution of 4160 x 3120 and LED flash, 5MP of front facing camera.

    On the connectivity, this device includes 4G, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and dual SIM slot. The whole hardware is powered by a 3140mAh battery under the hood.

    Moreover, Zuk Z1 comes in Blue, Green, Pink, White and Yellow color options. As of now there is no official announcement on the pricing, meanwhile we are expecting somewhere around 1999 Yuan or less than that.
