LeTV Le 1s Announced: Mid-Range Smartphone Touts Octa-Core CPU, Fingerprint Sensor And More
Following the announcement of its entry-level Le 1 phone, the China-based LeTV has announced its successor, dubbed as Le 1s. Look wise, it is same as its predecessor, along with some improvements over the hardware.

This device comes with fingerprint sensor on the back along with fast charging options on the back. According to the company, the phone using 24W charger for 5 minutes will let you make a voice call for 3.5 hours.
Moving on to the specifications, the Le 1s sports a 5.5-inch in cell display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, translating to 500nits brightness. It is clocked at 2.2GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio X10 (MT6795) Octa-Core processor with PowerVR G6200 GPU under the board.

On the storage front, this device is clubbed with 3GB RAM, 32GB of inbuilt ROM. Shipped with Android Lollipop based EUI 5.5, this device flaunts a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, ISOCELL sensor, PDAF, 5MP front-facing camera, Samsung S5K5E2 sensor.

The connectivity options includes 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, USB Type C, dual SIM. Moreover, the above hardware is powered by a 3000mAh battery with fast charging technology.
Even though, the Bill of Materials (BOM) comes up to 1310 yuan, the LeTV Le 1s carries a price tag of 1099yuan (approx Rs. 11,200). As per the company, 300,000 units will go on sale through the lemall mall & JD.com in China on November 3rd.
