LeTV Max 2 to Employ Snapdragon 820 SoC [Report]

As we all know, the Chinese entertainment company LeTV will employ the Snapdragon 820 chipset in its upcoming handsets, following the release of a teaser in Hong Kong last month.

Recently, some reports suggested that the company will equip the Snapdragon 820 SoC in LeTV Max 2 phablet, the successor of 6.33-inch LeTV Max.

According to the report published in China, this LeTV Max 2 will satisfy the customer with its good look and high-end specifications. The rumor also suggests that, it will have a glass in front and back.

On the battery department, this device will have the Quick Charge 3.0 feature, which allows battery to charge to 80% of capacity in just 35 minutes.

Moreover, the images of the rear panel has been leaked, where it shows the square shaped cut in the middle, which is likely to have the fingerprint sensor and the top hole will be filled by camera, flash and microphone.

The Snapdragon 820 SoC is equipped with a quad-core CPU using Qualocomm's proprietary Kryo cores, along with the Adreno 530 GPU.

Meanwhile, we cant expect the LeTV Max 2 phone to be released before the first quarter of 2016. Further, we are waiting for more information about the device in the upcoming days.
