After lots of leaks and speculations, the chipset maker Qualcomm has confirmed that the LG's upcoming flagship dubbed as G5 will be powered by a high-end Snapdragon 820 processor.

This Snapdragon 820 comes with 64-bit CPU architecture in ARMv8-based Qualcomm Kryo CPU and is based on FinFET process. Moreover, this chipset supports Adreno 530 GPU, X12 LTE modem, Snapdragon Smart protect, SafeSwitch kill switch solution, Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0.

Coming to LG G5, the so-called LG G5 will be sporting a secondary display and he has confirmed it after seeing the device directly.

With the 'Always on' feature, it allows users to easily access frequently used apps, answer calls without interrupting the current activity or just play music.It also lets users check time, date, battery status and other notifications without unlocking the phone.

As per the rumour, LG G5 could be a 5.3-inch screen with a 1440x2560 resolution.If the rumour turns out to be true, LG G5 will be powered by a Snapdragon 820 SoC, a Quad Core CPU and an Adreno 530 GPU.

The device could have a 21MP rear camera and an 8-megapxiel camera on the front for selfies and video chats. Rumors also suggested that the LG G5 will also have an Iris Retina scanner.
