LG G5 could have LG V10 like Dual-ticker display, FingerPrint Sensor and Magic Slot

    LG's new and upcoming smartphone for 2016 - the LG G5 will have a secondary display similar to the LG V10. The LG G5 and the LG V10 share some similarities on some fronts BUT the LG G5 will remain more of a G-series phone. According to the report that appeared on VentureBeat, LG G5 will borrow elements from the LG G series as well as from the LG V10 - LG's recent flagship.

    The person responsible for leaking the LG G5 news has often been correct in the past. It shouldn't be surprising if the news turns out to be true.

    The Smartphone has a very developed camera features, something that is a highlight of the LG G5. The LG G5 will have a Dual-lens and will also have a 16MP rear camera with 135-degree wide-angle capture capability.

    The LG G5 has a Magic Slot.The 'Magic Slot' is expected to do magic to the LG G5. The Magic Slot will give room to the LG G5 for improved functionality. This includes an action camera, 360 VR, an audio amplifier and a Physical keyboard. This could bear similarities to the features that existed in PDA's much before the advent of Smartphones.

    The LG G5 has a 5.3-inch QHD display with a resolution of 160x1040 pixels similar to other LG phones, a 16MP rear camera and an 8MP camera on the front. The Device is powered by a Snapdragon 820 chipset, 3GB of RAM and will have an internal memory of 32GB. The device is backed by a 2,800mAh battery. The LG G5 is also likely to have a Fingerprint sensor on the back. There could also be room for a microSD card and a removable battery.

    While there is no word on the pricing, the device is expected to hit markets in Q1 2016.
