LG has already scheduled an event on the 1st of October at New York City, where the Korean electronics giant is expected to unwrap their last flagship offering the LG V10.
But now it seems like the V10 won't be the only device on platter during the event. A recent listing unearthed shows a device dubbed the LGH740 in a Geekbench listing sporting upper mid-range specifications.
The device is seen donning a 5.7 inch Full HD (1920x1080) display on the front along with an octa core SoC under the hood. As expected the device uses none other than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC with four Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.5GHz each and four other at 1.1GHz. For multitasking the device comes with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 405 GPU for gaming.
On the back is a 13MP camera which comes with 1080p video recording capabilities. This accompanied by a 5MP selfie snapper which too can shoot 1080p videos. In terms of storage the device comes with 8GB. Expect the device to come with memory expansion via MicroSD.
The device is tipped to be unveiled at the event alongside the LG V10 which already surfaced in real life images a few day back when it passed TENAA certification. The 5.7 QHD phablet uses a Snapdragon 808 Hexa core SoC along with a 16MP OIS camera. Expect more info to float in as the event date inches closer.
