LG K30 budget smartphone spotted on T-Mobile support portal

South Korean giant LG has announced its latest smartphone which will join the K series in the US for T-Mobiles. The smartphone is called LG K30, specification wise it seems similar to the LG X4+ which was recently launched in Korea. The smartphone has been spotted on the T-Mobiles support portal with partial specifications mentioned in the listing.
This is a mid-range smartphone from the company. The K30 comes with a 5.3-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixel. The phone is backed by 1.4GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 425 processor with Adreno 308 GPU clubbed with 2GB LPDDR3 RAM, along with 32GB of onboard storage. If that is not enough then you can also expandable the memory up to 2TB via microSD.
As far as cameras are the concern, the smartphone will come with a single rear camera with 13-megapixel camera sensors. Apart from the camera sensor the smartphone also houses a LED flash and a biometric scanner on the rear panel of the phone. On the front, the K30 comes with a 5-megapixel selfie-focused camera.
On the connectivity part the phone offers, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and a 3.5mm audio jack. The phone is backed by a 2,880mAh battery and runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) with LG UX 6.0+. The Dimensions of the phone is 148.6 x 74.9 x 8.6mm and Weights around 168g.
The LG K30 comes in Black color, is priced at $9 per month 24-month on the contract basis or one can also buy the phone at $225 (Rs. 15,030 approx.) without taking it from T-Mobile in the U.S.
Recently LG has announced its latest flagship smartphones - the LG G7 ThinQ and LG G7+ ThinQ- at simultaneous events in New York and Seoul this week. Both the variants arrives with interesting features like AI Camera, face recognition technology, Hi-Fi Quad DAC, and with the physical virtual assistant-triggering button.
LG K30 is expected to launch in India with a price point of Rs. 8999. LG K30 is due to be launched in May 2018. The phone will be available in multiple colour options like Black, Blue
