Limited edition Honor 7X Red announced; to go on sale ahead of Valentine's Day
Only 20,000 units of the Honor 7X Red will be available for purchase in the countries like the US, Russia, India, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
Huawei's e-brand Honor has announced the launch of a limited edition version of its Honor 7X smartphone. The limited edition Honor 7X comes in Red color.
Being a limited edition, only 20,000 units of the Honor 7X Red will be available for purchase in the countries like the US, Russia, India, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. The units will go on sale just ahead of February 14, which is the Valentine's Day. However, customers can order them soon at the company's online store. As for the pricing, the limited Red edition may cost slightly higher than the regular Honor 7X.
It should be noted that the first 100 customers who purchase the limited edition Honor 7X Red in each of the aforementioned countries, will receive a Red co-branded Honor-Monster AM15 headphones as a special gift.
As far as specifications go, the Honor 7X flaunts a 5.93-inch full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a screen resolution of 1080×2160 pixels. The smartphone also gets a 2.5D glass on top for added protection.
Under the hood, the device is powered by a Kirin 659 octa-core processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. The handset offers either 32GB or 64GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 256GB using a hybrid SIM slot.
On the optics front, the Honor 7X is equipped with a dual-camera setup at the rear and it comprises of a 16-megapixel and a 2-megapixel sensor. Up front, the smartphone sports an 8-megapixel camera.
Honor 7X is backed by a 3,340mAh battery to keep it running. In terms of software, the smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system with the custom EMUI 5.1 skin on top. It measures 156.50×75.30×7.60 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 165.00 grams.
The Huawei Honor 7X is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, 3G, and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
The smartphone is already available in Blue, Black, and Gold color options. The Honor 7X has already proved to be very popular smartphone in India and we hope the Red colored limited edition will be become a favorite among customers as well.
