Meizu MX6 reported to be powered by the Helio X20 Deca Core chipset
Meizu, is one of those rare few smartphone makers worldwide who have now grown into a habit of using Mediatek chips even in their flagship smartphone. The Shenzhen based smartphone brand did so with their Meizu MX5 and it seems that they are all but set to give their this year's flagship the MX6 a similar treatment.

The upcoming Meizu MX6 has now been spotted in Antutu benchmark database touting a Mediatek Helio X20 chipset on the inside.

For those unaware this is the latest SoC from the Chinese chipset maker which makes use of a 10 core 3 cluster processor (2X2.5GHz clocked Cortex A72 + 4x2.0GHz clocked Cortex A53 + 4X1.4GHz clocked Cortex A53) along with a Mali T880 MP4 GPU.

Apparently Elephone was reported to be the first brand to make use of the all new Helio X20 SoC in their P9000 smartphone, however they later back out and downgraded it to Helio P10.

Meizu MX6 which was spotted clearing Antutu sports a Full HD display, 32GB of storage and 3GB of RAM besides the Helio X20 SoC. It is rumoured to run on Android Marshmallow 6.0 with the company's own Flyme UI on top.
