    Recently, the desi handset maker Micromax has announced the special edition of Canvas 5 Lite smartphone with a rear panel sporting a walnut wood finish.

    Even though there is no pricing about the smartphone, it has been listed on the company's official website. This smartphone was initially launched as Canvas 5 last year at a price of Rs. 11,999.

    Talking about the specifications, the Canvas 5 Lite sports a 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels, It is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6735P) processor clubbed with 3GB RAM under the hood.

    Meanwhile, this smartphone comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage with an expandable memory via MicroSD card slot. Further, this handset comes with 8MP rear camera with LED flash and 5MP front camera for selfies. Shipped with Android 5.0 Lollipop, this smartphone supports connectivity options such as GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, 4G, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Micro-USB. Moreover, this smartphone is powered by a 2000mAh battery that can deliver 150 hours of standby time and 4.5 hours of talk time.

    A couple of days ago, Micromax has launched Alpha LI351568W laptop with a 15.6-inch display, Intel Core i3-5005U Processor, 6GB LPDDR3 RAM, 500GB ROM and powered by a Windows 10 OS. Additionally, the company also launched its first smart LED TV with an inbuilt Smart OS and preloaded
    Google Play Store.
