Micromax to launch a new budget Canvas phone on November 18: Here's more
Micromax is all set to launch a new device at an event it is hosting on November 18. The company has started rolling out event invites which suggests that the company is all set to unveil a new Canvas smartphone. It has kept the upcoming phone's name discreet, and is teasing the phone using the tag #Fast4WardLife.
The company will be launching a budget smartphone at this upcoming event. As for its specs, this will be a Android powered phone with quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM. The number 4 in the hashtag #Fast4WardLife could represent the faster and better network connectivity on 4G LTE network. We are not sure of the exact specification details of this upcoming Micromax smartphone.

Micromax is on a launching spree. In November, so far the company has launched its flagship phone the Canvas 5 for Rs 11,999 and a budget smartphone dubbed the Canvas Amaze for Rs 7,999. It has also announced the Canvas Mega and Blaze 4G+, though these phones have not yet been made available.
Micromax has been the leading smartphone player in India, however has been facing the heat from Chinese players like Xiaomi and others in the budget segment. The upcoming Canvas smartphone could be Micromax's take on its rivals.
