Moto G Turbo Edition Update: Androd's Most Powerful Phone is Coming to India this Week

The Moto G Turbo Edition smartphone was launched in Mexico last month. Now, Motorola has revealed that the phone will be available in India later this week. Motorola released a teaser on its official Indian twitter account.

The tweet reads that the Moto G Turbo will be released after three days, so the device is likely to release in India on Thursday, December 10.

The Moto G Turbo edition is powered by a SD615 chip-set and a octa-core CPU. It has a 5" display with resolution of 720x1280 pixel resolution. The Moto G Turbo has 13MP camera on the rear while on the front it has a 5MP shooter for selfies and video calls.The phone has a dual sim card slot. It runs an Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.

It has a 2GB RAM, while it has an inbuilt storage of 16GB that is expandable. The Moto G Turbo has a 2,470mAh battery that supports Motorola Turbo Power quick charging.The phone is IP67 certified waterproof. This means that the smartphone can survive occasional splashes of water, but not a dip in the water.

In Mexcio, the Moto G Turbo is priced at Moto G Turbo is priced at $283 (roughly Rs.18,700). Its unknown what the device could be priced in India though you can expect a similar price range.
