Moto G04s Budget Smartphone Goes on Sale in India Today via Flipkart: Check Price, Specifications

The Moto G04s is set to go on sale in India for the first time today. To recall, the Moto G04s made its debut in India last month in the country's entry-level smartphone segment. Despite its ultra-affordable price tag, the Moto G04s brings a ton of features including a large battery with fast charging support, the latest software, a smooth display, and a high-resolution primary camera sensor.

The Moto G04s is set to go on sale in India today from 12 noon through Flipkart, Motorola.in, and other retailers. The Moto G04s price in India is set at Rs 6,999 for the sole 4GB/64GB model.

The Moto G04s is offered in four color options including Sunrise Orange, Sea Green, Concord Black, and Satin Blue. In India, the Moto G04s will face competition from the Redmi A3, Poco C65, Infinix Smart 8 HD, and Samsung Galaxy F04.

The Moto G04s is powered by the UNISOC T606 chipset paired with the Mali-G57 MP1 GPU. The phone comes with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Moreover, up to 8GB of unused storage can be used as virtual RAM through Motorola's RAM Boost technology.

For optics, Motorola's latest entry-level smartphone features a segment-first 50 MP AI camera sensor with PDAF. Up front, the Moto G04s opts for a 5 MP camera sensor for selfies and video calls. The Moto G04s runs Android 14 out of the box with My UX on top. While it won't receive any OS updates, Motorola is offering two years of regular security patches.

The Moto G04s sports a 6.6-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display boasts a 90Hz refresh rate and is protected by Gorilla Glass 3. Moreover, the Moto G04s packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging support through a USB Type-C port, although only a 10W adapter is included in the box.

The built-in speakers on the Moto G04s support Dolby Atmos. The phone weighs 179 grams and measures just 7.99mm thick. It also features a water-repellent design and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. Connectivity options on the Moto G04s include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, Dual-band Wi-Fi, a microSD card slot, and more.
