As promised, Motorola has announced the Moto G05, which comes in India's sub-7K segment. The smartphone brings several upgrades over its predecessor Moto G05 which was launched in February last year. Here are the full specifications, price, and sale details of the latest Moto G05 in India.
Moto G05 Specifications
In terms of features, the Moto G05 comes with a 6.67-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 1000nits brightness, and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The phone features an IP52 rating for dust and water resistance. It measures 8.10mm in thickness and weighs 178.8 grams.

It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G81 Extreme processor paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. For imaging, there's a 50MP rear quad-pixel camera and an 8MP selfie camera placed into a punch-hole cutout. On the software front, the phone runs on Android 15 with Motorola promising two years of security updates for the new Moto G05.
Moreover, the device packs a 5200mAh battery with 18W fast charging which is said to offer a total talk time of 39 hours, music playback of 70 hours, and 19 hours of video playback. The Moto G05 is also equipped with Dolby Atmos stereo speakers for an immersive sound experience, paired with Hi-Res audio that ensures every beat is crystal clear.
Moto G05 Price and Sale in India
The Moto G05 comes with a price tag of Rs 6,999 for the sole 4GB/64GB model. It is offered in two colour options namely - Forest Green and Plum Red. The first sale has been scheduled for January 13 at 12 PM IST on Flipkart.
