Moto G55 5G, Moto G35 5G Launched with MediaTek 7025 SoC, 120Hz Display, 50MP Dual Cameras

Motorola has officially dropped two affordable smartphones in G series. The new smartphones include the Moto G55 5G and Moto G35 5G.

Both the Motorola G55 and Moto G35 5G feature large displays, an attractive design, strong battery life, clean software, and versatile cameras for their respective prices. Here's everything you need to know about the latest Motorola G series smartphones.

Moto G55 5G, Moto G35 5G Pricing, Color Options

The Moto G55 5G price in Europe starts from €249 (roughly Rs 23,150). On the other hand, the Moto G35 5G price in Europe starts from €199 (roughly Rs 18,500). Motorola's latest G series smartphones will roll out in other markets in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific soon.

The Moto G55 5G is offered in Forest Grey, Smoky Green, and Twilight Purple shades, while the Moto G35 5G comes in Leaf Green, Guava Red, Midnight Black, and Sage Green colours. We expect, the Moto G35 5G and G55 5G to make their debut in India sometime in September 2024.

The Moto G55 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. Additionally, the handset also sports a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. Additionally, the phone also comes with stereo speakers that support Dolby Atmos sound.

For optics, the Moto G55 5G features a 50MP Quad-Pixel primary sensor with AF and OIS support as well as an 8MP ultrawide lens. Up front, there's a 16MP selfie camera with a Face Retouch mode. The phone also comes with a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 30W wired fast charging.

The Moto G55 runs near-stock Android 14 out of the box with features like Moto Secure, Family Space, and Smart Connect. The handset also boasts a water-repellent design and Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the front.
