Motorola has expanded its budget smartphone lineup with the launch of the Moto G57 Power and Moto G57 in global markets. These new models aim to deliver reliable performance, solid battery life, and durable design at competitive prices.

Both phones are powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset and feature a 6.72-inch full-HD+ display, offering smooth visuals and efficient multitasking for everyday users.

Moto G57 Power: Specifications and Features

The Moto G57 Power runs on Android 16 and supports dual SIM (Nano + eSIM) configuration. It sports a 6.72-inch LCD panel with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels, 120Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, and 391ppi pixel density. The screen can reach up to 1050 nits of brightness and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, ensuring clarity and durability even under bright sunlight.

Under the hood, the smartphone packs up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, expandable via RAM Boost 4.0, which allows virtual expansion of up to 24GB. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and BeiDou, alongside a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The Moto G57 series features a triple rear camera system led by a 50MP Sony LYT-600 sensor. It is accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide camera and a light sensor for enhanced depth and color balance. On the front, both models include an 8MP selfie camera capable of clear portraits and video calls.

The highlight of the Power variant is its 7,000mAh battery, which supports 30W fast charging and delivers up to 60 hours of usage on a single charge. The phone includes stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio certification, offering an immersive sound experience.

Durability and Security

The Moto G57 Power meets MIL-STD-810H6 military-grade durability standards and carries an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. For security, it offers face unlock and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Additional onboard sensors include an ambient light sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, e-compass, and SAR sensor.

Moto G57: Standard Model

The regular Moto G57 shares most of its hardware with the Power model, except for a smaller 5,200mAh battery that retains support for 30W fast charging. Despite the reduced capacity, it still promises reliable day-long performance.

Both smartphones weigh around 210g and measure 166×76×8.6mm, balancing portability with sturdy construction.

Pricing and Availability

  • Moto G57 Power: Priced at EUR 279 (approximately Rs. 28,000), available in Pantone Corsair, Pantone Fluidity, and Pantone Pink Lemonade color options across Europe via Motorola's official website and partner retailers.
  • Moto G57: Priced at EUR 249 (around Rs. 25,000), available in the Middle East, though not yet listed on Motorola's UK website.
