Moto G85 5G Goes on Sale in India at 12 noon Today via Flipkart: Check Price, Specs, Offers

The Moto G85 5G, Motorola's latest affordable smartphone, is set to go on sale in India later today. To recall, the Moto G85 5G was unveiled in India last month, shortly after launching in China as the Moto S50 Neo.

The Moto G85 5G will go on sale in India at 12 noon today via Flipkart and Motorola.in. The Moto G85 5G sits right under the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion in India. The Moto G85 5G also debuts as the first smartphone in India to use the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 SoC.

Apart from the chip, the Moto G85 5G also comes with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The Moto G85 5G runs a near-stock version of Android 14 and comes with a commitment from Motorola for two years of OS upgrades and four years of regular security updates.

This latest addition to Motorola's G series features a 6.7-inch FHD+ P-OLED display, offering peak brightness of 1,600 nits, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The device is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 30W wired fast charging.

For photography, the G85 5G is equipped with a 50 MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with OIS, an 8 MP ultrawide lens with an f/2.2 aperture, and a dedicated macro mode. The front camera is a 32 MP shooter with an f/2.45 aperture.

Additional features include an in-display fingerprint reader, an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance, and a range of connectivity options such as Dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, 5G, 4G, NFC, and GPS. The phone also boasts stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
