Moto X4 with dual rear cameras coming soon to India, hints teaser
Moto X4 to be launched soon in India.
Motorola has been on a launch spree lately as it announced the Moto E4 and E4 Plus, Moto C and C Plus, Moto Z2 Play, and the Moto G5S and G5S Plus. These smartphones were also released in the Indian market within weeks of their launch. The next one to arrive in the country could be the Moto X4.
At the recently-concluded IFA 2017 tech show in Berlin, Motorola announced the Moto X4 with a dual camera setup at its rear. Now, it looks like it is time for this smartphone to be released in the Indian market. Motorola India has come up with a promotional campaign on its official Twitter handle urging fans to guess the company's imminent plan. The tweet reads as shown below.
From the tweet, it is clear that Motorola is all set to launch a new device in India and is urging fans to guess the product that they are all set to launch. A lucky winner will get the product itself as a gift. And, there is a widespread belief that the upcoming device will be the Moto X4 as the hashtag '#xperience' tips at the same.
The tweet also has a teaser image that shows a dinning table with two big saucepans. This representation shows that the upcoming device could be the Moto X4 with a dual camera setup at its rear.
Moto X4 Android One edition to be launched in the market soon
The major highlight of the Moto X4 is its dual camera setup with a 12MP main camera with f/2.0 aperture and an 8MP secondary camera with ultra-wide angle lens, f/2.2 aperture and a 120-degree field of view sensor. The dual camera setup comes with dual LED flash, PDAF, and other features. The camera has the special Landmark Detection application that lets users point the lens at an object and it will ask the users if they want to get details about the object they are seeing. Also, this feature scans business cards and adds the information to the contacts.
Up front, the smartphone flaunts a 16MP selfie camera with a selfie flash, f/2.0 aperture and features such as selfie panorama, Face Filters to add animations to the selfies, and adaptive low light mode.

Besides the camera department, the Moto X4 features an all-metal smooth finish with a curvaceous body and there is an anodized aluminum frame and Gorilla Glass coating at the front and rear for protection. The handset is IP68 certified for water and dust resistance. The device adorns a 5.2-inch FHD 1080p display and makes use of an octa-core Snapdragon 630 SoC paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage space. A 3000mAh battery powers the smartphone along with the Turbo Power charging feature.
