Motorola is gearing up for another launch, at least that's what the latest case renders suggest. A new set of case renders from Slashleaks showed up online revealing the Moto Z3 Play in full glory. The company has already announced that its first smartphones of the year - Moto E5 and G6 would go live next month, but Motorola is also rumored to be working on the successor of the Moto Z2. The company is yet to announce the existence of the device, but thanks to the latest leaks, we now have an idea of how the device would shape up.

Design

Design

Judging by the images, it appears that the company will borrow the design philosophy from the original Moto Z series with an aluminum build. The front panel will no longer have the fingerprint sensor in order to trim down the bezels. The fingerprint sensor will now be placed on the right side of the device.

On the rear panel, you'll get company's signature round camera setup incorporating a dual sensor and a dual-tone LED flash. It seems the company will stick to the 3.5mm audio jack with the new smartphone. It will take a more advanced approach this time around and will have a Type-C charging port. The Moto Mods connector pins have also been redesigned again.
