Motorola Edge 2026 Specifications, Features, Design
The Moto Edge 2026 retains its compact and lightweight form factor while introducing a more durable design. It comes in a new PANTONE Martini Olive finish featuring a textured twill-pattern back for improved grip. The smartphone sports a 6.3-inch Extreme AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, HDR10+ support, and a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals.
Motorola claims the display can reach up to 5,200 nits of peak brightness, making it around 15% brighter than its predecessor. The front is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, which is said to offer improved resistance against scratches and accidental drops.
Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 7450 chipset built on a 4nm process. It is paired with 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB storage, while Android 16 runs out of the box. Motorola also gives users the choice of Moto AI, Google Gemini, or Perplexity as their preferred AI assistant.
For photography, the Edge 2026 features a 50MP Sony LYTIA 710 primary camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide camera that doubles as a macro lens, and a 10MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom and OIS. AI-powered Super Zoom extends digital zoom up to 30x. On the front, a 50MP selfie camera supports 4K video recording.

The phone integrates Motorola's Photo Enhancement Engine, which automatically optimizes colors, exposure, detail, and noise levels. Additional features include Action Shot, Adaptive Stabilization, and Frame Match, designed to simplify photography and video recording.
A 5,000mAh battery powers the device and is claimed to deliver up to two days of usage. It supports 60W TurboPower wired charging and 15W wireless charging. Audio is handled by dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, USB Type-C, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The Motorola Edge 2026 also stands out with IP68 and IP69 ratings, along with MIL-STD-810H certification, making it one of the most durable compact smartphones in its segment.
