Motorola has officially launched its third and most premium smartphone in its Edge 50 series in India. The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra made its global debut in April alongside the Motorola Edge 50 Pro and Edge 50 Neo.

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra features a formidable specs sheet with a Snapdragon 8 series chip, a sizeable battery with wired and wireless fast charging support, Pantone Validated display and cameras, and a super-smooth P-OLED display. Moreover, the phone also comes with several AI features, titled Moto AI.

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra Price, Availability in India

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra price in India starts from Rs 54,999 for the sole 12GB/512GB model. Customers who purchase the Edge 50 Ultra using an ICICI Bank or HDFC Bank credit card will receive an instant discount of Rs 5,000.

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra will go on sale in India through Flipkart, Motorola.in, and other retailers starting June 24 at 12 noon (IST). The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra comes in Forest Grey, Nordic Wood, and Peach Fuzz color options.

Motorola Edge 50 Ultra Specifications

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The handset packs a 4,500 mAh battery with 125W wired and 50W wireless fast charging support. The Edge 50 Ultra runs Android 14 out of the box.

Additionally, the Edge 50 Ultra sports a 6.7-inch 1.5K P-OLED display with a peak brightness of 2,800 nits. The screen boasts a 144Hz refresh rate and supports HDR10+. It is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus and an in-display fingerprint reader. The Edge 50 Ultra also packs stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Head Tracking support.

For optics, the Edge 50 Ultra features a triple-camera setup with a 50 MP primary sensor with an f/1.6 aperture and OIS support. The main camera is paired with a 50 MP ultrawide lens and a 64 MP telephoto unit with OIS support and 100x AI Super Zoom. Up front, the Edge 50 Ultra boasts a 50 MP selfie camera with AF.

The Edge 50 Ultra in Nordic Wood has an FSC-certified real wood finish with an aluminum frame. The other two-color variants feature an eco-leather finish. The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra also features an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
