Motorola has officially confirmed the launch date of the Edge 60 Fusion in India. The Moto Edge 60 Fusion debuts as the first smartphone in Motorola's Edge series this year. Ahead of the launch, Motorola has already revealed key details about the smartphone.

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion launch date in India is set for April 2 at 12 noon IST. Following the launch, the Edge 60 Fusion will go on sale in India through Flipkart as a product listing for the device is already live on the e-commerce platform.

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion price in India could start from under Rs 25,000. The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion is currently priced at Rs 19,999 in the country.

Motorola Edge 60 Fusion Specifications

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion will debut as the first smartphone in India to use the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC. The phone will come with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage that is expandable to 1TB via a microSD card. The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion packs a massive 5,500 mAh battery with 68W wired fast charging support.

Up front, the Edge 60 Fusion gets a 6.7-inch 1.5K "Pantone Validated True Color Display" with a peak brightness of 4,500 nits (HBM: 1400 nits). While the refresh rate hasn't been mentioned, it will likely max out at 120Hz or 144Hz. The OLED panel is SGS Eye Care certified, covers 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut, and supports HDR10+.

For optics, the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion features a dual-camera setup that includes the world's first 50MP Sony LYT-700C primary sensor validated by Pantone and a 13MP ultrawide lens. Up front, there's a 32MP selfie camera, which can record 4K video.

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion will run Android 15-based Hello UI with Moto AI and Google's 'Circle to Search', AI Magic Eraser, and AI Magic Editor. Motorola promises three Android OS updates and four years of regular security patches with the Edge 60 Fusion.

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion features a new 'All-Curved Display', offering an immersive screen with minimal bezels. It is military grade, MIL-810H, certified and uses Gorilla Glass 7i to protect the display.

The Moto Edge 60 Fusion also features an IP68+IP69 rating for comprehensive protection against water and dust. The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is spotted in grey, pink, and blue shades on Flipkart with what appears to be a vegan leather finish.
