Motorola is gearing up to launch the first smartphone in its Edge series in India in 2025 today. The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion will also debut as the first smartphone with the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC in India, with the Realme Narzo 80 Pro 5G following suit next week.

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion launch in India is taking place at 12 noon today. Following the launch, the Edge 60 Fusion will go on sale in India via Flipkart. The official Flipkart teaser page also confirms that the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion price in India will start from under Rs 25,000.

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is spotted in grey, pink, and blue shades on Flipkart with what appears to be a vegan leather finish. The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion features a new 'All-Curved Display', offering an immersive screen with minimal bezels.

It is military grade, MIL-810H, certified and uses Gorilla Glass 7i to protect the display. The Moto Edge 60 Fusion also features an IP68+IP69 rating for comprehensive protection against water and dust.

Motorola Edge 60 Fusion Specifications

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is set to launch as India's first smartphone powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC. It will be available in 8GB and 12GB RAM variants, with up to 256GB of internal storage, expandable to 1TB via a microSD card. The device is backed by a 5,500mAh battery with 68W wired fast charging.

Up front, the Edge 60 Fusion sports a 6.7-inch 1.5K Pantone Validated True Color Display, boasting a peak brightness of 4,500 nits (HBM: 1,400 nits). While the refresh rate isn't specified, it is expected to be either 120Hz or 144Hz. The OLED panel supports HDR10+, covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.

For photography, the phone features a dual-camera setup with a 50MP Sony LYT-700C primary sensor-Pantone validated-and a 13MP ultrawide lens. A 32MP front camera handles selfies and 4K video recording.

Running on Android 15-based Hello UI, the Edge 60 Fusion includes Moto AI and Google's AI-powered features like 'Circle to Search,' Magic Eraser, and Magic Editor. Motorola guarantees three major Android updates and four years of security patches.
