It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7400 SoC paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which also supports additional expansion of up to 1TB using a dedicated microSD card.

On the software front, the Motorola Edge 60 runs on Android 15 OS with Motorola's Hello UI, with the company promising three years of Android updates and four years of security patches. For imaging, the phone has a 50MP Sony LYT-700C main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
