Motorola Edge 70 Full Specifications Leaked Ahead of December 15’s Launch in India
The Motorola Edge 70 is set to make its debut in India next week. To recall, the Edge 70 already made its global debut, although a new leak reveals that some details may differ from the international version.
Motorola Edge 70 New Battery
According to tipster Sanju Choudhary, the Indian version of the Motorola Edge 70 will have a slightly larger 5,000mAh battery as compared to the 4,800mAh cell on the international variant.

And while a 5,000mAh cell is by no means impressive, the Edge 70 features an ultra-sleek 5.99mm thick chassis. For comparison, the 5.8mm thick Galaxy S25 Edge opts for a 3,900mAh battery, while the iPhone Air's 5.6mm slim chassis houses a battery capacity of around 3,150mAh.
Motorola Edge 70 Specifications
The upcoming Motorola Edge 70 will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and will likely be paired with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The phone will run Android 16 out of the box, promising three years of OS updates and four years of regular security patches.
The Moto Edge 70 also sports a 6.7-inch 1.5K p-OLED display and a 120Hz refresh rate. For optics, the Edge 70 will feature a dual-rear camera setup that includes a 50MP Samsung GNJ primary sensor with OIS and a 50MP ultrawide lens. Up front, the handset will opt for a 50MP selfie camera.
The Edge 70 is 5.99 mm thick and weighs 159 grams. The Vivo X300 series also supports E-SIM, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
