Motorola Launches Moto G86 Power, G86, and G56 5G with Android 15 and Dimensity SoCs

Motorola has added three new additions to its G series lineup: the Moto G86 Power 5G, Moto G86 5G, and Moto G56 5G. All three smartphones are powered by MediaTek Dimensity processors and run on the latest Android 15 OS. Here's a closer look at their key features, pricing, and availability.

Moto G86 Power 5G, Moto G86 5G Features

Both the Moto G86 Power 5G and Moto G86 5G feature a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2712×1220 pixels and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. They are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.

In the camera department, both phones sport a 50MP main rear camera with a 1/1.95″ Sony LYT-600 sensor and OIS support, accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide lens with a 118° field of view. On the front, there's a 32MP selfie camera. They also come with IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance ratings and MIL-STD 810H certification for enhanced durability.

The key difference between the two models lies in battery capacity: the Moto G86 Power 5G packs a massive 6720mAh battery, while the Moto G86 5G includes a 5200mAh battery. Both support 33W TurboPower fast charging.

Moto G56 5G Specifications

On the other hand, the Moto G56 5G features a 6.72-inch FHD+ LCD display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 1000 nits peak brightness. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.

Under the hood, it is powered by the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7060 processor, coupled with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. For optics, the device includes a 50MP primary rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture, along with an 8MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, it houses a 32MP selfie camera.

The Moto G56 5G is equipped with a 5200mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and IP68/IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.

Pricing and Availability

The Moto G56 5G is available in four PANTONE colour options: Gray Mist, Dazzling Blue, Dill, and Black Oyster. It is priced at 250 Euros (around Rs 24,250) for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The Moto G86 5G and Moto G86 Power 5G come in PANTONE Cosmic Sky, Chrysanthemum, Golden Cypress, and Spellbound color variants.

The Moto G86 5G is priced at 299 Euros (around Rs 29,100) for the 8GB/256GB option, while the Moto G86 Power 5G is available for 329 Euros (around Rs 31,900) for the 512GB option. All three models are now available in European countries. However, there's no info regarding India's launch at this moment.
