Motorola Moto G6 and E5 might soon launch in the Asian market

Motorola tipped to launch two new device series in Asia.

Motorola is soon expected to launch its Moto G6 and E5 for the Asian market. The devices were first said to be showcased at the MWC 2018 in Barcelona. According to a new report, the device will make way to the market soon.

If the reports from Nashville Chatter Class is to be believed, both smartphones have received network certification Thailand and Indonesia. The smartphones are expected to arrive in the Asian market in March or April.

Moto G6 series

The Moto G6 is tipped to ship in three variants - Moto G6, G6 Plus and a low-end Moto G6 Play. As for the specifications, the Plus variant is expected to flaunt a 5.93-inch Full HD+ display with 2160 x 1080 pixel resolution with an 18:9 aspect ratio.

It will be powered by a Snapdragon 630 SoC paired with 3GB/4GB/6GB RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage. It is said to have a dual camera setup comprising of a 12MP and a 5MP sensor, while a 16MP sensor will be placed up front. It is expected to be juiced by a 3200mAh battery.

The standard variant will feature a similar design but will have a smaller display and Snapdragon 450 SoC paired with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB internal memory. It will be backed by a 3000mAh battery. The low-end G6 Play, however, will come with a Snapdragon 430 processor and a huge 4000mAH battery.

Moto E5 series

The Moto E5 is also said to come in three variants - Moto E5, E5 Plus and the E5 Play.

The Moto E5 will pack a 5.5-inch HD display with 1280 x 720 pixel resolution and will be backed by 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It will come equipped with a 16MP primary camera, while a 5MP front-facing camera.

Talking of the top-end variant, the Moto E5 Plus will sport a 5.8-inch HD+ display with 1440 x 720 pixel resolution with 18:9 aspect ratio. It will be backed by 3GB Ram and 64Gb of internal storage. It will boast a 16MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera.

Moto E5 Play

The Moto E5 Play will sport a 5.2-inch HD display and will have 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage. On the camera front. It will have a 12MP rear camera while for selfies the device will house a 5MP snapper. A 4000mAh battery is said to fuel the device.
