Motorola Moto M to Launch Tomorrow: Here’s What We Know So Far

Motorola is all geared up to launch another mid-range smartphone- the Moto M in tomorrow. The smartphone has been leaked various times and we have already seen the complete specs of the device.

After selling off themselves to Lenovo, Motorola is doing a great job. The company, this year already launched an array of devices including the semi-modular Moto Z family. Last month itself, the Moto Z and Moto Z Play reached Indian shores.

Speaking about the leaked specifications of the phone, the Motorola Moto M is expected to come with a 5.5-inch display, which is a 1080p panel with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 technology. Also, if the rumors were believed to be true, the Motorola Moto M will be the company's first smartphone to feature a fingerprint sensor on the rear.

According to the certification site TENAA, the Moto M will be powered by an Helio P15 chipset with all the cores clocked at 2.2GHz. Accompanied to the chipset will be 4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage.

All said and done, there might be a 16MP camera on the rear with dual-tone LED flash and PDAF technology for faster focus lock. Up front, we might see an 8MP camera, which will be used to capture selfies.

Other specifications of the smartphone include a 3050mAh battery, which might be the confirmed and final battery capacity the phone will be getting. The phone runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Interestingly, the leaked press renders show that the smartphone with a launcher without app drawer and the app icons are pretty much similar to the Lenovo's Vibe UI.

In terms of pricing, the Moto M is already listed in one of the United States official site with a price tag of $294 (approx. Rs. 20,000). Also, there are no words on when the smartphone will launch in India.
