Motorola Razr 60 Design, Specs Leaked Ahead of Launch; Tipped to Get Dimensity 7400X, 12GB RAM, IP48 Rating
Motorola’s next foldable, the Razr 60, seems to be on its way, with leaked renders and specifications surfacing online. While the company hasn’t officially confirmed a launch date, early details suggest incremental upgrades over its predecessor, the Razr 50.

A Familiar Yet Refined Design
Leaked renders, shared by Xpertpick, indicate that the Motorola Razr 60 will closely resemble the previous Razr 50. The phone will reportedly be available in three Pantone-certified colors:
- Gibraltar Sea (Blue)
- Lightest Sky (Cream)
- Spring Bud (Green)
The clamshell foldable design remains largely unchanged, featuring a hole-punch front camera on the inner screen and dual outward-facing cameras on the cover display. The back panel appears to have a leather finish, maintaining a premium aesthetic. While the cover screen remains large, it doesn’t extend all the way down to the hinge, similar to its predecessor.
Key Hardware Upgrades
Display and Performance
The Razr 60 is expected to feature a 6.7-inch Pantone-validated pOLED display with HDR10+ support, slightly smaller than the 6.9-inch panel on the Razr 50. The phone will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 7400X chipset, offering a performance boost over the Dimensity 7300X used in last year’s model.
Cameras
The dual-camera setup on the rear is rumored to include a 50MP primary sensor with OIS and possibly an ultra-wide-angle lens. On the front, Motorola is expected to keep the 32MP selfie camera, similar to the Razr 50.
Battery and Charging
One of the notable improvements is a 4,500mAh battery with 30W fast charging support, up from the 4,200mAh battery in the Razr 50. Some leaks even suggest support for 33W fast charging, making it more competitive in the foldable space.
Additional Features
- IP48 rating for water and dust resistance (compared to the IPX8 rating on the previous model)
- Side-mounted fingerprint sensor
- Moto AI features for software enhancements
- 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB of storage, with virtual RAM support
Expected Pricing and Launch
There’s no official word on pricing yet, but if Motorola follows last year’s strategy, the Razr 60 could be priced similarly to the Razr 50, which launched in India at ₹64,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The launch timeline remains unclear, but the increasing frequency of leaks suggests an announcement could be imminent.
