Motorola Razr 70 Ultra Renders Leaked Ahead of Launch: New Colors and AI Button Spotted
Motorola’s next clamshell foldable is starting to come into focus. After earlier CAD-based leaks, a new set of renders has now surfaced online, giving a more polished look at what could be the Razr 70 Ultra, or possibly the Razr Ultra (2026).
These images come via OnLeaks in collaboration with Android Headlines, and they offer a clearer sense of how the device might look when it launches.

A Different Approach To Finishes
One of the first things that stands out is the finish. Instead of sticking to plain glass or matte backs, Motorola seems to be trying something different again.
The renders point to two options: a Pantone Cocoa Wood variant and an Orient Blue Alcantara finish. Both lean more toward texture and feel rather than just color, which has been a recurring theme with Motorola’s recent foldables.
Camera Layout Stays Largely Familiar
From what’s visible, the overall design doesn’t change too much. The outer display still wraps around the camera area, and the phone continues to use a triple-camera setup on the outside.
All three sensors are said to be 50 megapixels, although there’s no clarity yet on how each one will be used.
Interestingly, the internal camera isn’t clearly shown in these renders. That might raise questions at first, but the report suggests it’s likely just an early rendering issue rather than any major design shift.
Subtle Changes Around The Frame
There are a few smaller updates if you look closely at the edges. The Moto AI button appears on the left side.
The usual controls remain in place, with power and volume buttons on the right. Along the bottom, you’ll find a USB Type-C port, speaker grille, microphone, and SIM slot, while another microphone sits on top.
Display And Core Hardware Expectations
The device is said to include a 7-inch foldable display on the inside and a 4-inch cover screen on the outside. That’s in line with what you’d expect from this category.
Internally, it may use a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series chip. The battery is tipped to be around 4,700mAh, with support for 68W fast charging.
Launch Timeline
There’s also some context around when this phone might show up. Motorola and Lenovo are official technology partners for FIFA, and with the 2026 World Cup set to begin on June 11, the company could be aiming to launch the device in the lead-up to the event.
On a related note, the standard Razr 70 has already appeared on China’s TENAA platform with images and specifications. Both models could end up launching together.
Still Not Official
As always, this is all based on leaks and early renders. Things can change before launch, especially when it comes to design details and features.
But from what’s visible so far, Motorola doesn’t seem to be making drastic changes here. Instead, it looks like a continuation of what already works, with a few tweaks around materials and features.
