It is going to be a crazy end to July this year! From Nokia's rumored VR headset, to Microsoft's much talked about Windows 10 OS, to the much anticipated OnePlus Two smartphone, there will be a bombardment of major announcements to happen next week, which will mark an exciting end to the month. So far, we have already witnessed some major smartphone launches and announcements around devices this month. Now, we pick up 8 other launches and announcements to happen in next few days.

Micromax rolled out invite for the launch of a new ultra-budget smartphone on July 27. The phone's specs and features are yet not known, however we expect it to come with a quad-core chipset, and Android's Lollipop iteration. An alleged photo of the phone came up yesterday, showing off the bottom panel of the phone with a metallic-RIM.

Lava is a set to launch a new smartphone on the July 27, which is most likely to be the next-generation Android One smartphone. Earlier rumors suggested that the first Android One 2nd gen smartphone will be called the Iris X5 4G, which features a 4.6-inch HD 720p display, a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6735 quad-core chipset with 2GB of RAM, 12-megapixel rear camera, LTE support, Android 5.1 Lollipop and more.

Nokia Technologies has sent out invites for the launch event in Los Angeles on July 28, where it is likely to launch a VR headset. The company's invite has a photo of what looks like a VR headset. We eagerly await the launch of this device.

OnePlus’s second generation smartphone:

OnePlus is finally going to unwrap its next gen smartphone, the OnePlus 2 on July 28 via a unique virtual reality event. Considering that the company's One, also known as the Flagship killer, was a hit in the smartphone market, there already is a lot of excitement around the launch of OnePlus 2 smartphone. OnePlus has already created quite a buzz for its 2nd gen smartphone, which will come with the Snapdragon 810 processor (improved version) with faster LTE, and features like USB Type C port and fingerprint sensor. It is likely to have a 5.5-inch full HD 1080p display, a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel selfie camera.

July 28 will be tightly packed as even Motorola is expected to launch its third generation Moto X and Moto G smartphones in an event in Delhi. The Moto X 3rd gen is likely to be the company's next flagship with a 5.64-inch QHD display, a Snapdragon 808 chipset, 3GB of RAM, a 16-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera, and 3,280mAh battery. It is expected to house USB Type-C port.

The Moto G 3rd gen, on the other hand, will be mid-range smartphone with a 5-inch HD display, 1.7GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core chipset, 2GB of RAM, 8GB internal storage, a 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera, and 2,470mAh battery.

Both phones are expected to run on Android 5.1.1 out-of-the-box.

The US-based tech company Infocus will be introducing a new smartphone at an event in Delhi, on July 28. The details of the phone are yet to be known, except that it might come with some 3D imaging capabilities, considering that Infocus sent a 3D-glass with the invite to the event. This will be a mid-range smartphone made by Foxconn which also manufacturers the company's other smartphones.
