MWC 2024: Tecno Introduces Pova 6 Pro With 6,000mAh Battery, 120HZ Display

At MWC 2024, Tecno has announced the launch of the Tecno Pova 6 Pro 5G smartphone. Let's take a look at the key specifications, price, and availability details of the Tecno Pova 6 Pro.

The Pova 6 Pro from Tecno comes as a successor to the Pova 5 Pro. The latter is selling for Rs. 14,999 for the base 8GB and 128GB storage model. However, the pricing of the newly launched Pova 6 Pro 5G has not been announced yet.

The Tecno Pova 6 Pro is said to launch in India, the Philippines, and Saudi Arabia by the end of this month. It will also make its way to Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America in the coming days.

Tecno Pova 6 Pro Features

The Pova 6 Pro flaunts a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 5G chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The device packs a huge 6,000 mAh battery with support for 70W wired charging.

The Pova 6 Pro also comes with Tecno's Dynamic-Eye Design, a series of mini LEDs at the rear panel of the phone that can be customized. Overall, up to 9 different scenarios like calls, power status, and gaming with 101 different user-defined effects can be personalized.

For photography, the Tecno Pova 6 Pro has a triple camera setup including a 108MP primary sensor which supports up to 10x digital zoom, a 2MP depth sensor and another sensor.

Upfront, the phone sports a 32MP camera along with an LED flash. The phone also includes an in-display fingerprint sensor and runs Android 14 with Tecno's HiOS on top.

Tecno Pova 6 Pro Expected Price and India Launch Details

As mentioned above, the brand could debut the Pova 6 Pro by the end of this month in India. We have to wait for the official confirmation on the same. As far as price is concerned, we expect the successor Pova 6 Pro will also come with an affordable price tag.
