New Realme 11 series smartphone launch in India confirmed

Realme is gearing up to launch a new smartphone in India soon. The Chinese smartphone maker recently posted a tweet on X (formerly known as Twitter) to confirm the arrival of a new smartphone in its 'Number' series.

To recall, the company has already launched several smartphones in the 11 series in India. These include the Realme 11 Pro 5G, Realme 11 Pro+ 5G, Realme 11x 5G, and Realme 11 5G.

Realme's recent teaser confirms that the upcoming smartphone will join the Realme 11 series. As of now, there is no official release date nor any information about the device in question.

However, the brand only recently launched the Realme 11x 5G and Realme Narzo 60x 5G. Realme's teaser reads, "Unlock the Next Level of Innovation" with the "Double Ace, Double Leap" hashtag.

Realme is yet to unveil the 4G version of the Realme 11 in India. However, considering the teaser confirms the device's 5G connectivity, the phone in question could likely be the Chinese version of the Realme 11 5G, which could be released in India under a different alias.

Realme 11 5G Specifications

The Realme 11 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC paired with the Mali-G57 GPU. The chip is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. In terms of software, the Realme 11 runs Android 13 with the Realme UI 4.0 skin on top.

The Realme 11 sprots a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 1,000 nits of peak brightness. The panel boasts a 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. It also features TÜV Rheinland low blue light certification and an in-display fingerprint reader. For optics, the Realme 11 gets a dual-camera setup with a 64 MP primary sensor and a 2 MP macro unit.

On the front, there's an 8 MP selfie camera. The Realme 11 packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. As of now, we don't know if the Realme 11 5G will indeed be the phone arriving in India, so we'd recommend taking this information with a pinch of salt.
