Last month, the Vivo X20 and X20 Plus were launched in China. As a mid-ranger, the Vivo X20 comes with pretty impressive specs and features.

New Vivo X20 Black and Gold variant launched

Well, this is why Vivo has launched a new color variant of the smartphone in its home country. The company took the Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo to make the announcement. The new color variant is Black and Gold and it is priced at 3398 Yuan (Rs. 33,500). It costs about 300 Yuan more than the X20 which is available in Gold, Rose Gold, and Matte Black colors.

Talking about the new variant, it sports a Black colored body with some elements of Gold color. As such, the Vivo branding on the rear panel of the phone, the camera setup, and the fingerprint scanner have Gold-colored embellishments.

Specs-wise the new model is same as the regular Vivo X20. As a reminder, the X20 sports a 6.01-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with 2160×1080 pixel resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. The display is further protected by a 2.5D curved glass on top.

Under its hood, the phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC paired with Adreno 512 GPU, 4GB RAM, and 64GB/128GB storage capacity. The storage space is expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card.

In terms of optics, the device boasts of a 12MP + 5MP dual camera setup with OIS, f/1.8 aperture, and LED flash. Up front, there is a 12MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture and soft LED flash.

The connectivity features offered by the Vivo X20 include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and dual SIM support. The battery capacity of the device is 3,245mAh along with fast charging capability.
