Nokia C12 With Android 12 Go Edition Launched in India: Price, Specifications

The Nokia C12 has launched in India following its European debut early this year. The smartphone arrives as the newest member in Nokia's C-series lineup. The budget smartphone is priced at ₹5,999 in the country.

The Nokia C12 is available in India with 2GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The affordable phone comes in Dark Cyan, Charcoal, and Light Mint colorways.

The latest C-series smartphone is priced at ₹5,999 in India. It will be available for purchase from March 17 through Amazon.

Nokia C12 Specifications

The Nokia C12 is built out of polycarbonate and has a rectangular camera island at the back. The imaging setup comprises a single 8MP camera with an LED flash at the rear. There's also a 5MP selfie camera at the front, housed in a waterdrop notch at the top center of the display.

Speaking of the display, the Nokia C12 features a 6.3-inch LCD screen with an HD+ resolution of 1,600 × 720 pixels. The display has an aspect ratio of 20:9 and has a toughened cover glass for protection. The smartphone features Face Unlock for security.

The Nokia C12 is powered by a Unisoc 9863A1 processor accompanied by 2GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It also comes with 2GB of Virtual RAM.

As for the software, the phone runs Android 12 (Go Edition) out of the box. It will also get two years of quarterly security updates.

The Nokia C12 has a 3,000mAh removable battery with support for 5W charging. Since it's a budget phone, there's no USB Type-C port. Instead, the smartphone gets a Micro USB port for charging. In addition, the device features a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Connectivity options on the Nokia C12 include Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. The smartphone has an IP52 rating for splash resistance. Sensors include an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and an ambient light sensor.
