Nothing Phone (3) May Launch on July 25: Here’s What to Expect
After releasing the Phone (3a) series and teasing a new CMF Phone (2) Pro, Nothing appears to be returning to its usual summer schedule for its next flagship. The company hasn’t officially announced the Nothing Phone (3) yet, but a new leak may have given away the date.
According to a post by tipster Yogesh Brar on X, the upcoming Phone (3) could launch on July 25. While Brar’s original comment was cryptic—just “7/25” in a thread about the Q3 launch—follow-up replies made it clear that the date was in reference to the Phone (3)’s release.

If that timeline holds, it would fall in line with Nothing’s previous launches. The original Phone (1) and the Phone (2) were both announced in July, suggesting the company may be committed to a consistent summer release cycle for its flagship models.
What to Expect from the Phone (3)?
As of now, Nothing hasn’t shared any official specs or teasers about the Phone (3). There are no concrete details about design changes, hardware upgrades, or pricing. However, expectations are naturally high, especially considering the evolution from Phone (1) to Phone (2).
The Phone (2) brought meaningful improvements over its predecessor—better battery life, more refined hardware, and a smoother version of Nothing OS. Yet, it still didn’t quite match up to the more established Android flagships from Samsung, Google, or OnePlus in terms of raw performance and camera output.
That puts some pressure on the Phone (3). If Nothing wants to move beyond niche appeal and win over more mainstream buyers, this model may need to push further—not just in design, but also in power, features, and camera quality.
Can Nothing Break Out of Its Niche?
So far, Nothing has carved out a loyal following among users who appreciate its minimalist software, unique design language, and transparent approach to hardware. But breaking into the mainstream—especially in markets like India—will require a more competitive spec sheet and better value across the board.
There’s no word yet on pricing, but if Nothing keeps to its previous strategy, the Phone (3) will likely sit below the ultra-premium tier while offering a more distinct user experience than typical mid-range phones.
For now, it’s just a date. But with July not too far away, official details should start rolling out soon.
