Nothing Phone 3a, Phone 3a Pro Camera Specifications and Features Confirmed Ahead of Launch on March 4

The Nothing Phone (3a) series is set to make its debut in India and globally on March 4, 2025. The line-up will include the Nothing Phone 3a and Phone 3a Pro. Ahead of the launch, Nothing has revealed key specifications of the Phone 3a Pro's cameras.

We recently revealed the leaked specifications of the Phone 3a Pro. However, Nothing have appeared to jump the gun and confirm the leaks. The official page for the Nothing Phone 3a series on Flipkart now reveals a unique rear camera array for the Phone 3a Pro.

Nothing Phone 3a Series Cameras Confirmed

According to the page, the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro will feature a triple-camera setup on the back, including a 50MP primary sensor with OIS support, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and another 50MP periscope lens with OIS and 3x optical zoom, 6x lossless zoom, and 60x ultra zoom.

Up front, the Phone 3a Pro will get a 50MP selfie camera. The vanilla Nothing Phone 3a is expected to feature the same camera setup but will trade the periscope lens for a 50MP portrait shooter with 2x optical zoom.

Compared to its predecessor, the Nothing Phone (2a), the main camera on the new model boasts significant improvements. It features a larger 50MP sensor that captures 64% more light at the pixel level and offers a 300% increase in full well capacity. A video released by Nothing showcases this enhancement by comparing the unreleased Phone (3a) Pro against Apple's iPhone 16 Pro Max in London.

The TrueLens Engine 3.0 is another highlight of the Phone (3a) series. This technology combines advanced hardware with AI tone mapping and scene detection to deliver professional-grade images with true-to-life results. All four cameras support Ultra HDR, while both the main and front cameras can record in 4K video with stable footage and enhanced night mode.

Nothing Phone 3a Series Specifications and Pricing

The Nothing Phone (3a) series will be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset. The series is also expected to feature a 6.72-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Additionally, it comes with an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance and will be equipped with a robust 5,000 mAh battery.
