Nothing Phone 3a Pro Design Revealed in Official Video: Trailer Also Teases Nothing Phone 3 Launch

The Nothing Phone 3a series is set to debut in India and globally on March 4. This lineup is anticipated to feature the Nothing Phone 3a and the Phone 3a Pro. Recently, the company unveiled the design of one of these upcoming models. The handset showcases a triple rear camera setup, including a periscope shooter, hinting at it being the Nothing Phone 3a Pro.

Nothing Phone 3a Pro Design

Nothing shared an image of one of the Phone 3a series models on X, displaying a smartphone with a centred circular rear camera module encircled by three Glyph LEDs. This camera island houses three sensors, including a periscope shooter and an LED flash unit. The volume rocker and power button are positioned on the right side of the device.

In an official video release, Nothing confirmed that the Phone 3a series will feature a glass back panel. The video also teased the much-anticipated Phone 3. Alongside this, a blurred-out third model believed to be the Nothing Phone 3 was shown, suggesting its launch in the coming months.

Camera Specifications

The teaser's inclusion of a periscope camera suggests that this model is likely the higher-end Nothing Phone 3a Pro. Previously, it was confirmed that this phone would include a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8-megapixel ultrawide shooter, and a 50-megapixel OIS-backed Sony periscope camera along with a 50-megapixel front camera sensor.

Earlier leaked renders indicate that the base model, Nothing Phone 3a, might feature a visor-like horizontal pill-shaped rear camera module. It is also expected to have a triple rear camera unit similar to its Pro counterpart but will ditch the periscope camera for a portrait-style telephoto lens.

Nothing Phone 3a Series Specifications & Features

Both variants of the Nothing Phone 3a series are anticipated to be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC and will run on Nothing OS 3. These specifications aim to provide users with enhanced performance and user experience. The Nothing Phone (3a) series will be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset. The series is also expected to feature a 6.72-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz.
