Nothing Phone 4a and 4a Pro Price in India Hiked Across All Variants: Check New Prices
If you've been thinking about picking up the Nothing Phone 4a or the 4a Pro, well, it's going to cost you a bit more now. Nothing has quietly raised prices across the entire lineup in India, anywhere between ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 depending on which variant you're looking at.
Tipster Sanju Choudhary shared the change on X. No official word from Nothing on why, but honestly, the reason isn't too hard to guess.

Phone 4a Pro New Prices
The Pro took the bigger hit, up by ₹5,000 across all three variants:
- 8GB/128GB: ₹44,999 → ₹49,999
- 8GB/256GB: ₹47,999 → ₹52,999
- 12GB/256GB: ₹50,999 → ₹55,999
That top-end model is now sitting just under ₹56,000, which is a noticeable jump from where it was.
Phone 4a New Prices
The standard 4a (review) went up by ₹3,000:
- 8GB/128GB: ₹34,999 → ₹37,999
- 8GB/256GB: ₹37,999 → ₹40,999
- 12GB/256GB: ₹40,999 → ₹43,999
Entry point is now ₹38K, and the highest config crosses ₹44,000.
It's the RAM Shortage, Basically
Smartphone prices across the board have been creeping up, and it all ties back to a RAM shortage that started getting serious around mid-2025. The simplified version: memory manufacturers shifted production toward chips used in AI servers, which left less supply for regular consumer devices like phones, pushing component prices up sharply.
Worth Buying Still?
The phones are the same as they were yesterday. Nothing about them changed, just the price tag. If you find older stock still available at the previous price, that's obviously the better deal.
Analysts expect RAM prices to stabilize only around mid-2027, so cheaper phones anytime soon seems unlikely.
