Nothing Phone Users Can Now Use ChatGPT Voice Assistant With New Quick Settings Shortcut: Here’s How

In a notable update, users of Nothing Phone 1 and Phone 2 can now seamlessly harness the power of ChatGPT, the AI chatbot by OpenAI, through a new shortcut in the Quick Settings panel and home screen.

Similar to Google Assistant and Apple's Siri, this integration allows for hands-free access to ChatGPT's voice commands directly from Nothing Phone devices.

Carl Pei, CEO of Nothing, made the announcement through a post on X (formerly Twitter), sharing that the latest update equips Nothing Phone 1 and Phone 2 users with a Quick Settings shortcut for ChatGPT's voice assistant. This integration enhances user experience, enabling quick and efficient access to ChatGPT's capabilities.

How to Enable ChatGPT Voice Assistant on Nothing Phone 1 & 2

To leverage this feature, Nothing OS users need to follow a simple process:

• Download and install the official ChatGPT Android app from the Google Play Store.
• Use the voice chat feature within the app at least once to complete the setup.
• Add the ChatGPT shortcut to the Quick Settings panel or Quick Settings widget.
• Tap on the ChatGPT shortcut icon to activate the voice assistant.
