    The Nubia Z17 mini was launched in India in June in only one variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Now, there are claims that the device will soon get an upgraded variant in the Indian market.

    As per the recent media reports, Nubia, the ZTE sub-brand will bring the 6GB RAM variant of the Nubia Z17 mini with 128GB storage capacity to the country. The high-end variant will be launched in a new Aurora Blue color variant. The other specifications will be the same as the base model of the smartphone. For now, there is no clue on the pricing and availability of the high-end Nubia Z17 Mini.

    The major highlight of the Nubia Z17 Mini is its dual rear camera setup featuring two 13MP sony sensors (a monochrome sensor and an RGB sensor). The dual camera module comes with f/2.2 aperture and NeoVision 6.0 and comes with Sapphire Glass protection. The selfie camera is a 16MP sensor with a 5P lens, f/2.0 aperture, and 80-degree wide-angle lens.

    The Nubia Z17 Mini runs on Android Marshmallow topped with the company's Nubia UI 4.0. The device features a 5.2-inch FHD 1080p display. At its heart, the Nubia smartphone employs a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 652 SoC. The connectivity aspects on board include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi, USB Type-C port, and dual SIM support. Both the variants will support expandable storage space up to 200GB using a microSD card.

    The 4GB RAM variant of the Nubia Z17 mini is priced at Rs. 19,999 and we can expect the high-end model to be priced above Rs. 20,000 in the country. Let's wait for an official confirmation from the company to know about its exact pricing and availability.
