Nubia Z70 Ultra with Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, Android 15, Impressive Triple Cameras Launched: Price and Specs

Nubia recently launched a new flagship smartphone in China powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. The Nubia Z70 Ultra is the company's flagship offering, with an impressive set of cameras and the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. The launch comes on the back of the Red Magic 10 Pro series in China.

The Nubia Z70 Ultra price in China starts from CNY 4,599 (roughly Rs 53,650) for the 12GB/256GB model. The ZTE Ultra will go on sale in China from November 25. Additionally, the Nubia Z70 Ultra will make its global debut on November 26.

Meanwhile, models with 16GB of RAM paired with 512GB and 1TB storage are available for CNY 4,999 (roughly Rs. 58,300) and CNY 5,599 (roughly Rs. 65,300) respectively. The high-end variant featuring 24GB RAM and 1TB storage is tagged at CNY 6,299 (roughly Rs. 73,500). The standard models come in Black and Amber.

Additionally, the Starry Sky Collector's Edition inspired by Vincent Van Gogh comes in 16GB + 512GB and 16GB + 1TB configurations, are priced at CNY 5,499 (roughly Rs. 64,200) and CNY 5,999 (roughly Rs. 70,000) respectively.

The Nubia Z70 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset paired with up to 24GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The phone sports a 6.85-inch 1.5K BOE OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 2,000 nits. The panel also supports 2,592Hz PWM dimming and SGS low blue light certification.

Running on Android 15-based Nebula AIOS skin, the phone integrates fully voice-controlled AI-backed system designed to enhance user experiences in notetaking, translating, imaging, and editing tasks. The Nubia Z70 Ultra is powered by a 6,150mAh battery, supporting 80W wired fast charging, ensuring long-lasting performance for users.

Its camera capabilities are robust, featuring a triple rear camera setup that includes a 1/1.56-inch 50-megapixel Sony IMX906 primary sensor with OIS, a 50-megapixel OV50D sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 1/2-inch 64-megapixel OV64B periscope telephoto shooter. Up front, there's a 16MP under-display selfie camera, which is virtually invisible under the screen.

The smartphone is equipped with comprehensive connectivity features such as 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
